Slimming World Chinese salmon noodle salad

This is the sort of noodle salad you can easilythrow together in just a few minutes, and pack up for a lovely lunch.

Fresh salmon,crunchy bean sprouts and soft noodles all combine beautifully to make a satisfying and tasty dish.

Sprinkle the salmon fillets with Chinese five spice, and grill for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.

Meanwhile, cook the noodles for a few minutes, drain and set aside.

Stir-fry the rest of the ingredients for a few minutes, or until the veggies are cooked to your liking.

Add the noodles, flake in the salmon, and gently toss everything together.
