How to make Pad Thai

The Fish Brothers Productions Presents Not Chef Ryan Show Pad Thai Hey guys it is Not Chef Ryan, I'm back with another video Today I'm going to show you guys how to make a Pad Thai Let's get in to the kitchen He's a little overweight and he likes to eat but he's not a chef he's not a chef That's why he's Not Chef Ryan So Pad Thai is a delicious street food from Thailand and I'm sure there's dozens of ways to make it This is how I make mine but please be sure to leave me a comment because I'd love to hear how you like to eat your Pad Thai You can find all the ingredients and the measurements listed below in the description for this video So as you can see here I've got some water boiling I put a little bit of oil in there We're going to let that boil so we can add our rice noodles here in a minute This is some peanut oil and it's got about the same burning point as olive oil I like to use this because it's got great flavor Okay so our oil is ready we're going to add some tenderloin here this is pork tenderloin that I've cut up in to little pieces and we're going to season that with just a little bit of tumeric now we're going to add just a little bit of chili powder to this and last we're going to add just a little bit of salt alright so we're going to stir this meat around just kind of brown it on all sides and then we're going to go ahead and add our egg alright so I've got this on medium heat and you're going to go ahead and add 2 eggs to this and then we're going to go ahead and stir this around just like that so I've got some peanuts here that I've chopped up we're going to go ahead and roast those in a toaster oven just so we can bring out some of that aroma and some of that flavor from them, then we're going to add that to our Pad Thai in a minute alright so now we're going to add this Tofu in here along with some carrots and our sprouts Your're going to want to mix all this around make sure that everything is getting cooked well cook that for about 4 or 5 minutes and then we're going to start adding our sauce alright so now we're going to add our fish sauce our tamarind sauce a little bit of sriracha some rice vinegar juice from half of a lemon some garlic here that I've minced and about 2 tablespoons of sugar alright so now we're going to throw in some green onion and we're going to give that a stir alright so our rice noodles have just been cooking for about 3 to 4 minutes we're going to go ahead and add those in and once we've done that we're going to give it a good stir so we're just going to stir these noodles in here and then we're going to be ready to plate this up So I hope you guys loved my video today on how to make Pad Thai It's been a long time since I've had it and it's fantastic Give it a shot, I know you're going to like it for other great videos you can check me out on my website, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Google + which you can all find at Not Chef Ryan You know I can't encourage people enough to sit down at the table with friends and family and share a meal so don't forget to share the gift of food with those that you love and as always this is Not Chef Ryan saying Love what you cook, and cook what you love.
